Terry Christianson, 63, of Aurora, passed away on April 11, 2022, at her home.  Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 15, 2022, at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Brookings beginning at 11:00 A.M.  Visitation will be held the evening prior, Thursday, April 14, 2022, from 4:00 until 7:00 P.M. at Eidsness Funeral Home in Brookings.

Terry Lynn Christianson was born on February 9, 1959, to Edward and Violet (Dezeeuw) Brinkman in Tyler, Minnesota.  Terry grew up on the family farm, often doing field work and milking cows in Astoria.  In 1975, she met her high school sweetheart, Brad Christianson and the couple were married in 1979, in Hendricks, Minnesota.

Terry spent over 33 years working with 3M, eventually retiring from the company.  Upon retiring, Terry took a part-time position with the University Bookstore where she enjoyed working with the students and staff.  She greatly enjoyed flowers and gardening, as well as fishing, canning, completing puzzles, and the South Dakota State University Jackrabbits.  Terry enjoyed people, and could often be found socializing with her friends and family.  She especially cherished the time that she was able to spend with her grandkids.

Terry is survived by her husband, Brad Christianson; son Dustin (Angela) Christianson, and their child, Pacey; son Devin (Ashley) Christianson, and their children Easton and Mason; mother-in-law Dorothy Christianson; brother-in-law Dale (Terri) Christianson; sister-in-law Donnetta (Butch) Warrington; and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Violet Brinkman; sister, Amy Brinkman; father-in-law Milan Christianson; and brothers-in-law: Terry, Jimmy, and Doyle Christianson.
