Howard Rocky Gilbert, age 73, of Brookings, died Thursday, June 19, 2008, at the Brookings Hospital in Brookings. He was born to Alden and Hester Anne (Warner) Gilbert at Spokane, Washington, February 1, 1935. Service plans will be announced at a later date.
