It is with heavy hearts we share the passing of Pamela Ann Fortugaliza on June 20th, 2026. She is a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. Pam had a rich life full of love and experiences.

She was born a free spirit in St Cloud, MN, July 12, 1950, who stood behind her values and showed the people in her life to do the same and to stand for what they believe in. Pam lived in many places during her life, she met her husband Rick in CA. Later, she had her children in CO and MT. She settled in Brookings to raise her family and many pets. Pam loved growing flowers, camping at state parks, and digging for crystals. She also enjoyed road trips, bike rides, and going shoe shopping. She had a passion for music, Pam loved going to country music concerts and dancing with her dance group. Pam spent many hours creating special memories for her family through planning events, holidays, and vacations.

Lately Pam enjoyed going to Casinos, being with family and taking care of her indoor and outdoor cats. Her house was full of antiques and happy memories. Pam was a wonderful partner, mother, and grandmother. She was loud, proud, and passionate. She was a cool lady, one of a kind. Her playful yet classy (no nonsense) attitude will never be forgotten, she will be missed. She will always be in our hearts and loved forever and always. It is goodbye, for now.

Pam is Preceded in death by her father, Ervin Bauer and Mother Bernie Noonorm. She is survived by her husband, Ricardo Fergualiza, Children, Missy, Chelsea, Aimee, and Colt. Along with Grandchildren Trey, Damian, Reese, Sidney, and Romeo, siblings Sandy Austin and Todd Bauer as well as all that knew and loved her.
