Norma June McKinney was born March 1, 1938, to George and Grace (Kor) Lambertus at White, SD.   She died Wednesday, June 21, 2017, at the Hendricks Nursing Home, Hendricks, MN. Funeral services will be 10:30 A.M. Monday, June 26, 2017, at the United Methodist Church in White, with visitations one hour prior to the funeral services. Eidsness Funeral Home is handling the funeral arrangements.

Norma grew up in the White, SD area. She attended rural school in Sherman Township. Norma was baptized on March 30, 1955, and confirmed on April 3, 1955, at Zion Lutheran Church in White.

She married Ben J. Dreesen on January 25, 1957, at Luverne, MN.   They were later divorced. On November 13, 1976, Norma married Eugene McKinney at the United Methodist Church in White. Eugene passed away on September 21, 2016.

Prior to her marriage, Norma babysat and helped out in homes, cleaning, and taking care of individuals. She loved flowers, doing crafts, crocheting, and embroidery.

Survivors include a brother-in-law, Jim (Sharon) McKinney of Brandon, SD; sister-in-law, Myrtle McKinney of White; nephews, Loren (Kathy) and Charles (Janice) McKinney of White and Richard (Lanny) McKinney of Brandon, SD; two sisters; three brothers; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene McKinney; infant son, Ralph George Dreesen; brother-in-law, Merlyn McKinney; her parents; and her mother-in-law and father-in-law.
