Mary Ann Elizabeth Pick, age 78, of Brookings, passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2022, at the Neighborhoods at Brookview in Brookings.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 A.M. on Friday, July 8, 2022, at St. Thomas More Catholic Parish in Brookings with burial to follow in Ivanhoe, MN.  Visitation will be one hour prior to Mass.  Eidsness Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Mary Ann was born on October 7, 1943, in Adrian, MN, the daughter of Urban and Bernadette (Wilberding) Pick.

In 1952, she moved with her parents to Ivanhoe, MN where she received her education and was a graduate of the Ivanhoe High School.  She continued her education at Robinson Beauty School in Minneapolis, MN and worked in the Richfield, MN area after being licensed.  In 1973, she moved to Marshall, MN and worked as a beautician until the family moved to White, SD in 1999.  She was then employed at various nursing homes in the area until she retired and moved to Brookings, SD.

Survivors include her cousin, Rita (Paul) Pankratz of Arlington and a host of friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Melvin and James; and one sister, Jane.
