Funeral services for LouVena Larson, 74, of Brookings, will be 10:00 A.M. Friday, August 22, 2003, at Bethel Baptist Church in Brookings. Visitations will be 5-8 P.M. Thursday at Eidsness Funeral Home. A second funeral service will be held Saturday, August 23, at the Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home in Concordia, Kansas, with interment in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Concordia. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Pearl Hughes Scholarship Fund. Mrs. Larson died Tuesday, August 19, 2003, at the United Retirement Center in Brookings.
