Jeanine Krogmann, 73, of Omaha, Nebraska, passed away on December 12, 2020, at the Brookings Hospital.  A celebration of Jeanine's life will be held in the summer of 2021, with burial taking place at Union Cemetery in Flandreau, South Dakota.

Jeanine Mae Krogmann was born on December 22, 1946, at Chester, South Dakota, to Fritz and Nellie (Stokes) Krogmann.  She attended country school in Brookings County, graduating from Sioux Valley High School in 1965.  Jeanine moved to Omaha and went to work for ATT, which changed names several times.  Retiring from her work at ATT, Jeanine went on to work at Oriental Trade part-time.

Following her retirement from Oriental Trade, Jeanine was able to spend time doing the things she enjoyed most.  She was an avid John Wayne collector, frequently traveling to Winterset, Iowa to participate in the annual John Wayne Celebrations.  Jeanine also enjoyed reading.

Jeanine is survived by one brother, Arlyn Krogman; three sisters: Reva Krogmann, Judean (Judi) Hewitt, and Mariann (Bob) Kampmann; and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Curtis, and a sister, Marlys.
