Duane Mulder, age 65, passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2020, at the Brookings Hospital.  Duane was born in the Sioux Center, Iowa hospital on October 2, 1954 to Ben and Kathryn Mulder of Hull Iowa.  He spent his years in Northwest Iowa and South Dakota engaged in farming, with a love for cattle.

He is survived by four children:  Craig Mulder of Doon, Iowa, Kari Mulder Faber (Jason) of Alvord, Iowa, Darren Mulder (Patrina) of Flandreau, SD, and Devin Mulder of Iroquois, SD.  Also surviving are grandchildren:  Haylee Burgers Harthoorn (Collin) and their 4 children, Kolten, Meredith, Madelyn, and Kennedy, Krista Faber Jacobsma (Justin) and their 2 children, Maeva and Emmett, Nicole Faber, Brenton, Kiley, and Alaina Mulder.  Also surviving are 2 brothers, Daniel Mulder (Maggie) and Philip Mulder (Laura) of Doon, Iowa and sister JoAnn Mulder Foster (Bob) of Ridgecrest, CA.  He was preceded in death by son Keith and daughter Christy, and his parents.
