Billie Bach, 92, of Brookings, passed away on Tuesday, August 6, 2019, at The Neighborhoods at Brookview.  Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, August 13, 2019, at Bible Baptist Church in Brookings with interment at the Elkton City Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral service at the church.  Eidsness Funeral Home is assisting Billie's family with arrangements.

Billie G. Bach was born October 7, 1926, to Luther R. and Marietta A. (Moore) Burkhead in Great Bend, Kansas. She graduated from high school in Arizona, and shortly thereafter married Jens C. Bach. They were married on June 24, 1948 in rural Elkton, SD.

The couple farmed near Elkton for thirty years before moving into Brookings in 1979. Billie enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and sewing. She was a member of the Brookings Hospital Auxiliary and Bible Baptist Church in Brookings.
