Benjamin Molengraaf, age 3, of Volga, died Wednesday, November 18, 2003, in Brookings, South Dakota. Funeral services will be 10:30 A.M. Saturday, November 22, 2003, at Bethel Baptist Church in Brookings with interment at Trinity Cemetery in Volga. Visitations will be from 4-8 P.M. Friday at Eidsness Funeral Chapel in Volga. The family prefers that memorials be directed to Bethel Baptist Church. Benjamin Dale Molengraaf was born January 16, 2000, at Brookings, South Dakota, to Terry and Sallie (Moroney) Molengraaf. He was dedicated in the Christian faith at Bethel Baptist Church in Brookings. Benjamin enjoyed the activities typical for his age, especially playing on the computer and with Legos. Survivors include his parents, Terry and Sallie Molengraaf, of Volga; a sister, LeeAnn, age 8; two brothers, William, age 5, and Brent, age 1; grandparents: Andy and Henrietta Molengraaf of Volga, Roger Crowe of Lynnwood, Washington, and Cindie (Ed) Charles of Bellingham, Washington; great-grandparents: Bertha Niemann of White, South Dakota, Dale and Pat Crowe of Tahuya, Washington, and Roy and Diana Pruiett of Hesperia, California; and great-great-grandparents, Rose McDonald of Olympia, Washington, and Otis and Rachel Randall of Arizona; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
