Amy Sue Knight, age 31, of Brookings, died Sunday, November 30, 2014, at her home. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, December 5, 2014, at the Eidsness Funeral Home. Amy Sue Knight was born May 29th, 1983, to Kathleen and Randall Knight in West Plains, Missouri. Amy had been a residential student at Children's Care Hospital and School for her formative years and came to Advance in December of 2003. She has lived in the same group home with many of the same housemates since she moved to Advance. Amy is someone who enjoyed life most when she was around others. She has built many relationships in and outside of Advance that she loved very much. She loved time spent shopping, swimming, watching sporting events, and spending time with her family. Survivors include her siblings Joy Knight and Josiah Knight, and her father Randall Knight. She was preceded in death by her mother, Kathy Knight.
