It is with a heavy heart that I found out the leader of the "One In The Pipe Gang" has gone to chase roosters in God's country! About 10 years ago Rick opened his tiny farmhouse and adopted Kory and I into the "One In The Pipe Gang." I will never forget the beautiful dakota country and roosters you and Elvis introduced us to and allowed to come back and enjoy every fall! May you rest in peace "Rickster" and this fall when we are are out in Oldham getting after those roosters I know you will be watching!
Your Michigan Friend,
Timmy Redder & Rempack

God Bless each of you as your hearts begin to mend. Since we were in Alaska to visit, back in the 70's, I have never heard the name John Wayne...without thinking of my beloved cousin Rick! PS all the rest of our cousins Rick always told me I was the favorite...hehehe. With the big heart he had he probably told us all that! RIP.

My deepest sympathy to the Bearman Family on Ricky's passing. As a friend of Colette's, I often heard her speak so lovingly of Ricky. May God grant him all the glories of heaven and grant all of you peace during this painful time.

Faye and family- my deepest condolences and thoughts during this tough time. I miss my Uncle Rick and have 30 years of memories with him. I will never forget how he never missed a birthday party, a school play or concert performance of mine or my sister's, how he would take us to silly movies like "Ernest Saves Christmas" and would help us memorize the silly songs to sing to our parents when we got home, how I got him to ride a roller coaster with me out in Vegas or how we had a special "uncle/niece" dance at my wedding. I will always think of Uncle Rick when I dunk my Oreo's into milk (it would make him green!) or hear an oldies song on the radio and know that Uncle Rick would know the year and artist without hesitation. I cannot express how much I will always miss my favorite uncle or how much he will always mean to me. I know he is watching over all of us, telling us to be strong. My thoughts and prayers to Faye and Collette and all his family. Uncle Rick is always in our hearts.

Dear Bearman Family: Please accept my deepest condolences for the loss of your dearly beloved (Ricky). May all of his family draw a great amount of comfort from the promises made to us by Our Very Loving Creator Jehovah God. In John 5:28,29 & Rev 21:3,4 where he promises to bring Ricky back to life in the resurrection right here on earth in the very near future and do away with suffering, sickness and death forever.

Faye, we are so sorry for your loss. We loved Rick's humor and fun life from the first time we met him. He gave us the best look at Alaska anyone could ever have. He showed his love of that state everyday that we toured with him. Thanks also for welcoming us to your Az. home when we visited 2 years ago. We loved knowing that when he wasn't active meeting and talking with friends he was watching "old" westerns!

Rick was my brother-in-law, Duane best friend, Rick and I walked down the aisle with Pat & Duane when they got married, and what a motley crew we made, he loved their children as his own. Rick will be missed by all who loved and knew him, but he will be keeping an eye on everyone from where he is now.
