I want to express my sympathy to you, the Riedesel family. I will always remember Lloyd from my years of growing up in Brookings. He was a special person in the lives of my parents, Bruce and Marian Miller ... and I remember how friendly he always was with everyone. He will be missed, no doubt. Mut may you find comfort in the love of family and friends ... and in knowing that Lloyd is in perfect health in a perfect place with our loving Father. Hugs to you all. Lyn

Bev and family:I am saddened to learn of Loyd's passing. I remember all the good times together in worship at First Presbyterian Church. Especially choir rehersal night with Bev and Alan.And the times I had the privilege teaching some of the Riedesel grandchildren in Sunday school.May God Bless you and comfort you during this difficult time. Loyd was employed as a "winter-time employee" at my father's Ford business during the late 1950's-1960's. His skills were excellent and we very much enjoyed his presence. When my father became terminally ill (1966), Loyd and Bev went far out of their way to help.Loyd's skills,kindness,wisdom,stories,caring for others,inventions and love-for-live are truly remarkable.I will miss him. May the Lord's blessing be upon the entire Riedesel family.
